AKSYS GAMES ANNOUNCED THEIR 2020 OTOME GAME RELEASES

A few are ports, yes, but it’s been so long since I’ve played them that they will be practically new games.

Winter/Spring

The first one to come out is Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ on February 6th for Nintendo Switch.

Then, sometime in April, the fandisk Future Blessings will release.

Code: Realize is a steampunk-themed otome adventure that lets your romance several fictional historical characters while discovering your past.

Summer

Summer belongs to Collar x Malice! We will get the original game Collar x Malice and the fandiscpio Collar x Malice: Unlimited! Unlimited’s release is the first time it will be available in English!

Sadly, there is not any official media in English for the Switch ports, but here’s the Japanese trailer!

In Collar x Malice, you are a police officer trying to keep citizens safe from a series of violent incidents. After falling victim to said incidents, you end up with a collar full of poison around your neck! Save your life, first of all! But also, since it’s an otome game, fall in love!

How could you not enjoy a game like that?

Fall/Winter

Two new titles were also announced:

Piofiore: Fated Memories is set in Italy after WW1. Lily is swept into the world of the mafia! That’s all I can really glean from reading around. I hope it’s half as good as Ozmafia was! The artwork looks stunning!

Also, one last game! But, for me, the best for last!

Awaki Kotone takes over her late grandfather’s cafe and discovers the regulars are all handsome men from another world.

Yeah, that’s all I need to know.

It’s gonna by muh shit.

The one I’m most looking forward to, obviously, is Cafe Enchante. I am an absolute sucker for anything mixing cooking and romance. I especially adore recreating the dishes I see in games! Does anyone else love to bake and cook? Do you have any favorite food-oriented series to recommend?
